Pergolas 9

We built this pergola to span an existing deck and tie into it's railing rather than dismatle parts of the deck
to get the posts in the ground. We used large beams to span the 16' wide deck and 2x6 rafters with 2x4 blocking to support the fiberglass roof panels on top. Lamar also wired and hung the ceiling fan over the dining area, he used an existing outdoor plgu to pull power and incorporated a swicth mounted on the middle post for ease of use.
